About the provider
Rosewood is described as a family owned and operated private equestrian facility. Anna Lisa Lewis (Sawtelle) is manager and co-owner of Rosewood Equestrian Center and the lead riding instructor for Rosewood's lesson program. Anna has over 24 years of riding experience and has been teaching for 16 years. Her accolades include a 2013 World Championship Qualifier in Saddle Seat Equitation, 3X High School Equestrian Athlete awarded by the United States Equestrian Federation, and multiple State and Regional Championships in Saddle Seat and Hunt Seat Equitation Competitions. The lesson program specializes in providing high-quality horseback riding instruction for students 18 years of age and younger, focusing on youth education, horsemanship, and skill development. Anna has taken students to shows, gymkhanas, and 4-H events throughout the summer horse show season, and the lesson program offers competitive teams including a barrel team and a show team.
At this time, the program is not accepting adult students into its lesson program. Lessons are by direct contact to begin scheduling and be connected with an instructor.
