R & R Center for the Performing Arts has been in business for 25 years. The program offers both recreational and competitive dance, with recreational classes in a fun, supportive, non-competitive setting and no competition requirements for those classes. Dancers participate in an annual recital and studio events, and the recital is not required.

According to its mission statement, the program focuses on achieving exceptional standards of dance while nurturing creativity and artistic development in every dancer. The mission also states a commitment to a supportive and positive environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels, personalized instruction, and inspiring a lifelong love for dance.

The studio has received multiple recognitions, including ADCC Studio of Excellence, Spotlight Regionals 2025 Studio Showmanship Champs, 2025 Talent on Parade Regionals ADCC Studio of Excellence, ASH Regionals 2025, Celebrity Studio Excellence Regionals 2025, SDA Power Rankings 2023 Power Ranking Champs, Studio of Excellence Champs, Best of the Best 2025, and Celebrity Studio Spirit Regionals 2024. Dancers from the studio have earned titles such as Celebrity National Champion 2024 8U Soloist (Mila Knowlton), Celebrity National Champions 2024 Mini Duo/Trio (Parker, Mila, and Harper), Celebrity National Champions 2024 Junior Duo/Trio (Grace and Meyah), and Starpower National Champions 2021 – Production. The studio notes National Championship groups and soloists, as well as Regional Champions from mini teams through seniors. Six dancers from the studio were cast in the professional show TEMPUS by Derek Piquette live in Phoenix, AZ: Mila Knowlton, Macie Pinelle, Parker McKinley, Blake Klipfel, Aubrey Daniels, and Sloan Sanchez.

The program describes itself as “Nurturing Talent, Inspiring Artistry” and offers opportunities for dancers to take the stage at local, regional, national, and international competitions. The studio is led by an Owner & Studio Director. New students are offered a free trial class.
