Expedition Girls Multi-Sport – Steamboat Lake State Park is a weeklong program that includes white water rafting, stand up paddleboarding, hiking, mountain biking, camping, and teambuilding. Campers sleep in basecamp tents and cook their own meals on camp stoves in an all-female identifying environment welcoming all experience levels. Groups are limited to no more than 13 campers with 2 staff members, and the program is described as an entry level adventure for those looking to try multiple activities.

The daily schedule includes a morning rise at 7:00 AM, a Morning Circle at 7:15 AM, breakfast at 7:30 AM, Self & Group Care at 8:30 AM, and the first adventure of the day starting at 9:00 AM. Lunch is at noon, followed by a second adventure or continuation of the first at 1:00 PM, hang out and bond time at 5:00 PM, an Evening Circle at 5:45 PM, dinner at 6:00 PM, an evening activity at 7:00 PM, and tent time or bedtime at 9:00 PM. The program includes intentional campfire chats in the evening to develop transferable life lessons, transportation to and from recreation areas, and access to top-of-the-line gear specifically sized for kids.
The camping setup is described as improved site camping with a wilderness rating of 1, with no access to showers or running water. Campers sleep in basecamp tents and use portable toilets or pit toilets without flush capabilities, and all water is brought to the site filtered and used for drinking, hand washing, and food preparation.
