About the provider
Founded in 1914, the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club has served athletes for over a century. It serves nearly 1,200 athletes each year, has produced 100 Olympians with 19 Olympic medals, and has been named U.S. Ski & Snowboard Club of the Year five times. The club says its mission is to create champions on and off the mountain by developing life skills and personal growth through sports, and it serves nearly half of the school-aged kids in Steamboat.
What families say
“You guys do an amazing job of letting the kids progress, making the program fun, and emphasizing the character aspects of inclusion, kindness, etc. We also felt connected to the team as a family and appreciate the work that goes into bringing us together that way.” — U10 Ski Jumping/Nordic Combined family
