The Martial Arts program includes classes in Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Karate, and Advanced Martial Arts. The focus in these classes is on restraint, focus, and control. The program also teaches self-defense skills and is not meant to promote fighting, with an emphasis on discipline, becoming more self-aware, and putting mind over matter.
