About the provider

Providence Children's Academy says its goal is to provide each student with an exceptional education. It states that children grow in social, emotional, cognitive, fine and gross motor, and language skills, and that children learn best through play. The school says all activities are designed with a specific learning goal, the preschool curriculum uses a variety of learning methods to meet each child's specific needs, and it strives to provide a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and developmental growth. Children are assessed three times a year, beginning in the fall and again in January and May, and parent-teacher meetings are held at the end of the assessment period.
