The program also includes Jr. Dancers activities such as daily technique classes, choreography in various dance styles, one-on-one rehearsal with the Miami HEAT Dancers, live in-game performances, in-game participation alongside the Miami HEAT Dancers during fan engaging moments, and a performance at a showcase at the end of the week. Camp days include lunch and daily giveaways, and some sessions include training on the HEAT home floor with top-tier coaches.

The program operates throughout Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks, with options including Jr. HEAT Winter Camp as a 2-day edition, Jr. HEAT No School Camp as a one-day session, Jr. HEAT Clinics, and Jr. Dancers Summer Camp as a week-long dance camp. Campers are split into teams of about 8–10 kids and assigned a coach, stay on the same team for the entire camp unless a trade is made to make the teams fair, and play two full court, 5 on 5 games each day. One day out of the week, a current HEAT player or HEAT Legend visits camp, takes pictures, and signs autographs with the kids. Day With A Pro – Game Experience includes participation alongside the Miami HEAT Dancers and a customized Jr. Dancers jersey for participants.

The camps focus on both improving individual basketball skills and off the court character development. Confidence building seminars and life skill mentoring are included as part of the program. Coach Tony Fiorentino, a member of the HEAT organization since its founding in 1988, is part of the leadership team, along with Santi Echavarria and Julian Sanchez. For international groups, the program notes that international groups can bring a group to one of the camps or clinics or arrange a private camp through contacts with Santi Echavarria or Julian Sanchez.
