Arts for Learning works with Teaching Artists who are professional actors, dancers, choreographers, musicians, visual artists, animators, designers, and writers. The program offers afterschool programs, summer camps, studio programs, internships, artist residencies at preschools and schools, and teacher professional development. The program states “All Children. All Arts. All Abilities.” as a defining feature of its approach.

Bennett (Program Director), Carlos Noguera (Artist Services Director), Zekeria Holcomb (Site Manager), Dia Carter Webb (Senior Program Director), Sidra Mattson Urbom (Finance & Operations Director), Hamah Dorestant (Program Manager), Raúl Santiago-Lugo (Personnel & Operations Coordinator), Graciela Lacayo (Site Manager), Carolina Candelaria (Communications Director), Damaris Suarez (Finance Manager), Rosana Gutierrez (Operations Manager), and Laura Marsh (Development Director). Arts for Learning has received a $200,000 2025 Pérez CreARTE Grant from The Jorge M. Pérez Family Foundation to support early learning programming, a $250,000 award from the Keenan Charitable Trust to support ArtWorks internships, and a $25,000 award from The Kirk Foundation to launch an arts education program in South Dade.
