Flips & Friends offers gymnastics and tumbling that include vault, bars, beam, and floor work, along with games and activities. The program also offers birthday parties, one-on-one private lessons, summer camps, and day camps.

Flips & Friends was founded in 2016 by Daniela Vidal. For the last decade, Daniela Vidal has been coaching acrobatics, gymnastics, and tumbling, and she has extensive education on the art of mastering acrobatic skills. Her stated approach is, “With patience and understanding, I listen to my students and have them understand their own body awareness, instead of solely showing them how to do things.”
One parent shared that their 6-year-old daughter has attended camps for over a year, celebrated a birthday there with programming they described as playful and fun, and felt the pricing was very fair. Another parent said their 5- and 7-year-old daughters started with day camps, moved into weekly classes, and then an unlimited membership, and that their children “LOVE it.” A third parent described it as a “great little tumbling studio” and said the owner is very skilled and passionate, and that their daughter has improved her skills by attending a couple of times a week.
