Athens Theatre Youth Academy

Athens Theatre Youth Academy offers summer camp, after-school classes, private lessons, and monthly workshops. Summer Camp 2026 includes drama, music, and dance, and each camp ends with a Shareformance on the last day.

Programs

The academy’s goal is to use theater and theatrical techniques to advance the education of children. Its offerings include summer camps, after-school classes, monthly workshops, and private lessons, and it offers discounts for siblings and Volusia County educators, along with limited scholarships for summer camp.

Summer camp refunds: if canceled at least 21 days before camp, tuition is refunded minus a $25 administrative fee; 14-20 days before start date, 50% refund minus a $25 fee; less than 14 days before start date, no refunds or credits. Financial aid applications are due by 2026-06-14. Tuition is due at registration. No before or after care is provided. All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing. The academy does not allow children younger than the grades listed for camp.
