The administrative and support team includes Merly Ovares as Administrative Assistant, Yoanka Tamayo as Maintenance Supervisor, Monica Feller and Fabiana Hernandez as customer service specialists, and Jessica Vezga for competitive team customer service. EGA Gymnastics Miami offers gymnastics classes for kids ages 3 and up, from recreational to competitive levels, with programs for all ages and levels, including high performance training. The program has three competition teams (USAG Women, AAU Women, USAG Men), with USAG Women levels from Xcel Bronze through Level 10 and AAU Women levels Xcel Bronze and Xcel Silver.
