Fort Lauderdale Stars Gymnastics offers toddler and preschool gymnastics classes, recreational gymnastics classes, developmental teams, and competitive teams through USA Gymnastics, AAU Gymnastics, and XCEL. Toddler classes are available for ages 12 months or walking up to 2 1/2 years old with participation of a parent, and include a motor skill and perceptual education program. Preschool classes are open to girls and boys ages 3 and 4, and developmental teams are offered as the next step up from recreational classes. The program offers USA and AAU girls Levels 1–10 and all XCEL competitive teams, and students are selected by qualified instructors for lower preteam and team classes. Year-round classes are available, and toddler open gyms do not require pre-registration.
