After School Tutoring is an after-school program where children take part in activities that help increase positive decision making skills. The program also includes academic support to help improve academic performance.

The program is offered by The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc., which is a direct descendant of The Agricultural and Labor Project established in 1968 for farmworkers in Florida citrus operations. For over 50 years, the organization has served socially and economically disadvantaged children, families, and farmworkers throughout Florida. The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc. is an IRS certified 501(c)(3) private, nonprofit organization and a certified U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Counseling Agency. The organization places a high priority on local partnerships and collaboration efforts to maximize the use of federal, state, and local resources. Parents and students have shared positive testimonials about the support they received from the organization in areas such as family assistance, education, job preparation, and self-sufficiency programs.
