Haile Equestrian offers riding memberships, riding lessons, casual horseback rides, pony parties, homeschool and workshops, horse and excursion camps, horse boarding, and horse leasing. The program includes guided rides in arenas, with options for 30-minute or 60-minute casual guided horseback rides in an arena, as well as hunt seat, dressage, and western riding instruction. Visitors can also spend time visiting the horses and feeding them carrots, apples, or commercially made horse treats.

Riding lessons at Haile Equestrian are taught by experienced, caring instructors. The facility includes one large and one small riding arena, with various levels of jumps in the large arena, along with 3 barns, a manager's office, a large client lounge, and a fully equipped tack room. Limited full service horse boarding is available, and students may transport their personal horses to Haile Equestrian for riding lessons, but the arena is not available for rental to outside horses outside of lessons and events. Visitors are welcome to bring carrots, apples, or commercially made horse treats to feed the horses, and full-size regular carrots are noted as typically the easiest for kids to feed. Pets are not permitted on the property for the safety of horses and riders. Haile Equestrian opened in 2009 and has a sister facility, Eclipse Sporthorses, located a short drive away.
