Keep Flippin' Gymnastics

Keep Flippin' Gymnastics offers the USA Program for preschool students, middle school students, high school students, and adults. It includes three skill levels: Red for beginner, White for intermediate, and Blue for advanced gymnasts. The program also offers Summer Camp with gymnastics, games, field trips, mini-golf, movies, talent shows, ice cream parties, and more, along with Power Tumbling, Open Gym, cheerleading classes, and special needs private lessons taught by Daryl Sue.

Programs

• USA Program — Preschool students, middle school students, high school students, adults · Three skill levels: Red for beginner, White for intermediate, Blue for advanced gymnasts.
• Summer Camp — Includes gymnastics, games, field trips, mini-golf, movies, talent shows, ice cream parties, and more.
• Special Needs — Private lessons taught by Daryl Sue.
• Power Tumbling — Focuses only on the floor tumbling aspects of gymnastics; no apparatuses are worked on.
• Middle School — 12 to 14 years of age · Students are sorted into groups based on skill level and taught appropriate skills.
• Highschool/Adult — 15 and up · Less structured class where students work on skills of their preference.
• Gold — Invite only class with focus on performing, presentation, dancing, and stunting mixed with showteam style tumbling.
• Open Gym — One-hour session to improve old skills or acquire new skills; coaches are available to spot on all the equipment.
• Cheerleading classes

About the provider

Keep Flippin’ Gymnastics says its unique performance-based gym allows each student to reach and surpass their goals. Its performing Show Team has been featured in the Miami Dolphins’ halftime show, Disney World, Universal Studios, and several other venues and local shows.

Students must be 5 and up to attend the Halloween Carnival. Open Gym is used as a make up class if your child misses a class.
