About

Keep Flippin' Gymnastics offers gymnastics, power tumbling, and cheerleading in a performance-based setting. The program also includes Open Gym sessions, a Summer Camp, and activities such as games, field trips, mini-golf, movies, talent shows, and ice cream parties. Keep Flippin' has a USA Program with three skill levels: Red for beginning gymnasts, White for intermediate gymnasts, and Blue for advanced gymnasts.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and program options Monday–Friday with hours between 10 AM and 8 PM, and Saturday between 9 AM and 1 PM

Keep Flippin' offers classes for preschool students, middle school students, high school students, adults, and special needs children. The program is performance based rather than competitive based, and its motto is SAFETY, ENJOYMENT, AND RESULTS!. The performing Show Team has been featured in the Miami Dolphins’ halftime show, Disney World, Universal Studios, and several other venues and local shows.

The program is led by Director/Owner Daryl Sue Tesoriere and Senior Trainer/Showteam Coach and gym manager and bookkeeper Sheridan Arnold. Daryl Sue Tesoriere holds USGF and AGSAA credentials, is a former Pan Am Competitor with a dance and theatre background, founded the “Rebounders” gymnastics exhibition team that performed throughout the Northeast and was invited to perform at the New York World’s Fair, has been an aerobics instructor for 25 years, and studied Physical Education.

Parent feedback includes comments that Keep Flippin' is a “wonderful gym that provides an alternative to competitive gymnastics” and that staff “truly care for the kids and work hard to make it fun for the kids while building their skills,” as shared by Susan Barbor. Another parent, Stephen Viera, notes that a gymnastics summer camp included field trips, art projects, and gymnastics. Lisa Ippolito describes the program as “great gymnastics without the competitive stress.” Demar Metcalfe describes staff as patient and positive with a nervous and shy 5-year-old at an Open Gym session and notes that the session was organized and that “the kids all had smiles while showing off their skills.”
