Mad Science After-School Programs

Mad Science After-School Programs serves children ages 5 to 12. The program includes hands-on STEM activities in chemistry, physics, biology, and engineering, and children take home a toy after each class. It also offers NASA Academy of Future Space Explorers with activities and demonstrations about the sun and stars, space technology, rocket science, the atmosphere, planets, and moons, plus STEM Odyssey with topics in life and physical sciences.

• NASA Journey into Outer Space — 3-12 · Featured camp with hands-on activities about Earth’s atmosphere, the solar system, living in space, gravity, space phenomena, and a rocket launch.
• Eureka! — 3-12 · Camp where children solve challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors, and their minds.
• Secret Agent Lab — 3-12 · Hands-on secret agent-themed science activities where kids play detective, explore forensic science, sharpen surveillance skills, and crack encrypted messages.
