Jeff Ellis Management Swim Classes and Lifeguard Training offers swimming classes, swimming lessons, junior lifeguarding classes, lifeguard training, and water aerobics. The program also provides water safety seminars and swim instruction services led by certified instructors.

Formed in 2004, Jeff Ellis Management (JEM) was created to be the testing and development laboratory for Ellis & Associates, Inc. Its stated mission is to deliver aquatic facility management and swim instruction services while acting as a partner for client-owners, and to provide a positive aquatic experience for guests by following published safety guidelines and customer service objectives. JEM services hotel and resort pools, homeowner association pools, country clubs, and public aquatic facilities throughout the United States, and also offers pool management, pool maintenance, pool compliance, and aquatic facility management, along with lifeguard auditing.
JEM states that after over 25 years of global recognition for aquatic safety through lifeguard training and risk management services, it expanded to provide pool service management. The organization provides comprehensive aquatic facility and risk management services, quality pool maintenance and water sanitation products and services, and an all-in-one pool management service. It has an accountability-based lifeguard credentialing system that monitors performance, was the first lifeguard service provider to introduce and mandate the use of oxygen support equipment and equipment-based techniques to aid victims of aquatic accidents, and is the only international lifeguard service provider to maintain a mandatory rescue database to track aquatic accidents. JEM also created an objective-driven vigilance awareness testing system to measure lifeguard attentiveness.
One customer, Vickey Rachow, reports that the swim instructors keep kids motivated, keep safety in mind, and support kids by pushing them and giving them the opportunity to do what they love to do. Another customer, Jim Capek, General Manager of Elgin Country Club, states that JEM provides convenience in not having to hire lifeguards, a shift in liability, responsiveness from the management team, and cost advantages when factoring in employee benefits and general liability coverage.
