Jiu Jitsu 4 Life offers Tiny Jitsu for ages 4–5, Core Jiu Jitsu for ages 6–8, Elevate Jiu Jitsu for ages 9–12, and Adult Jiu Jitsu. It also offers Private Lessons, Summer Camp, and After-School.

• Core Jiu Jitsu — 6-8 · Kids Jiu Jitsu classes for ages 6–8 in Coral Springs; helps children develop discipline, confidence, focus, and social skills while learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a positive and encouraging setting.
• Elevate Jiu Jitsu — 9-12 · Kids Jiu Jitsu classes for ages 9–12 in Coral Springs; focuses on leadership, self-confidence, discipline, and real-world self-defense through structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training.
• Adult Jiu Jitsu — 19 · Adult Jiu Jitsu program.
