Jackson County Learning Academy operates Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 5:30pm and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The program’s mission is to provide a safe and secure environment along with research-based curriculum that meets every child at their learning level, with growth and school readiness supported by qualified staff, regular progress monitoring, student-centered 21st Century learning experiences, and effective pedagogical practices. The leadership team includes Director Amanda Mullins-Eagle, Executive Director Amanda Eagle, Owner/Operator Georgeann Adkison, and Executive Assistant Abbie Festa. The director, Amanda Mullins-Eagle, has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics Education, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and 16 years of classroom experience. Jackson County Learning Academy is a licensed child care facility (License #C14JA0008), is a Gold Seal Designated Provider, and holds APPLE Accreditation. The program serves Jackson County as a child care facility located in Marianna, Florida.
