Objectives include serving youth regardless of income level, reflecting the diversity of the community in all programming, facilitating the removal of obstacles that may impede success, and offering inclusive programming for youth with or without disabilities. Armour Dance Theatre is committed to diversifying the dance world and states that diversity, equity, and inclusion is a fundamental strength and core value of the organization, and it will continue its legacy of making dance accessible to all children in the community regardless of income, race, ethnicity, gender identity, ability, or body type.
