WMB Training Center offers Kids Martial Arts with age-specific classes for kids 5+ and certified black belts. It also offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and juvenile teams ages 5+, Mixed Martial Arts for kids, teens, and adults ages 5+, and Boxing/Muay Thai for beginners to advanced students ages 5+.

Programs

• Kids Martial Arts — Age-specific classes; kids 5+ · Age-specific classes with certified black belts. Specialties include bully prevention, ADHD and autism.
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Kids and juvenile teams; ages 5+ · One of the best kids and juvenile teams anywhere in the world, with multiple world champions.
• Mixed Martial Arts — Kids, teens and adults; ages 5+ · Full classes in every discipline first, then how they combine once you are proficient in them all.
• Boxing / Muay Thai — Beginner to advanced; ages 5+ · American, Dutch and Thai styles for fitness, competition and self defense.
• Women's Empowerment Program — Includes situational awareness, kickboxing and self defense.
• Concealed Carry Classes — Adults 21 years of age or older · Offered in Miami and Homestead through sister company Top Shot Firearms Academy and Gun Club.
