Miami's Stars Gymnastics offers Mommy & Me, Baby Stars · Gimnasia Infantil, Rhythmic Gymnastics, and a Competitive Team. Mommy & Me includes songs, balance games, and guided play with a parent in every class. Baby Stars · Gimnasia Infantil includes coordination, balance, flexibility, and following instructions, and Rhythmic Gymnastics uses rope, ball, hoop, clubs, and ribbon to music.

• Mommy & Me — Ages 2.5-3 · Mon, Wed & Thu, 4:15 PM; Coral Gables · $80 per month · A gentle first step into movement: songs, balance games and guided play, together with mom. Parent participates in every class.
• Baby Stars · Gimnasia Infantil — Ages 3-5 · Tue & Fri, 4:00 PM; Sat, 12:00 PM; Mon, Wed & Thu, 4:00 PM · $120 per month · Play-based learning for little ones: coordination, balance, flexibility and following instructions, with joy and patience. Offered at both locations.
• Rhythmic Gymnastics — Ages 5-12 · Tue & Fri, 5:00 PM; Sat, 11:00 AM; Mon, Wed & Thu, 5:00 PM · $120 per month · Girls train with rope, ball, hoop, clubs and ribbon to music, developing grace, discipline and strength.
• Competitive Team — Ages 6+ · By coach evaluation · USAG competitive program, levels 3 through 8 and Xcel. Gymnasts train for regional and national championships with personalized routines.

About the provider

The program was founded by Adriana Vivas, who has more than 15 years training and teaching. The leadership team includes Adriana Vivas, Marly Rojas, Joaquín Espinosa, Rocio Álvarez, Yisel Castellanos, Carolina Vasquez, Fátima Sanabria, Niurka González, and Anyelina Romero.
