Flippin' Out Gymnastics & Cheer offers evening classes in gymnastics and cheer, with classes divided by skill levels or age groups. Activities listed include listening and mimicking motions, jumping skills, balancing drills, strength work, forward rolls, tunnel crawls, trampoline time, handstands, cartwheels, bridge work, balance beam work, bar work, backward rolls, backbend kickovers, round-off rebound, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, and cheer teams for all skill levels.
Programs
- Evening classes — 18 months and up · Classes are divided into skill levels or age groups.
- Preschoolers / Toddlers (parent & me) — 18 months – 3 years old · 45 minutes. Skills include listening and mimicking motions, assorted jumping skills, balancing drills, strength, forward rolls, tunnel crawls, and fun trampoline time.
- Minis — 3 years – 5 years old · 45 minutes. Skills include jumps, forward rolls, handstands, bridge, cartwheels, balance beam work, and bar work.
- Level One — 45 minutes. Skills include cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, dive rolls, backbends, and conditioning.
- Level Two — 45 minutes. Skills include backward rolls, cartwheel variations, backbend kickovers, handstand variations, round-off rebound, front limber, and conditioning.
- Level Three (intermediate) — 45 minutes. Skills include all beginner skills, back walkovers, front walkovers, handstand forward rolls, back pike roll, front tuck, back handspring, and round-off back handspring.
- Level Four/five (advanced/elite)
- Competitive All-Star Cheer — 4 to 18 · Available at the Milton location. Teams available for all skill levels.
- After-school care — After-school care plus a fun and active gymnastics class every day.
- Summer Camp — Learning the sport of gymnastics in a fun, energetic, and positive setting.

About the provider
Flippin' Out Gymnastics & Cheer says its mission is to develop the athlete’s body and mind to enhance confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and growing character. The program uses two convenient locations, and its equipment includes trampoline, tumble track, balance beam, junior bar, in-ground trampolines, and spring floor.
Our evening program is designed to give students as much one-on-one time as possible. Classes are divided into skill levels or age groups. The program emphasizes safety and progress through basic skills before advancing.
