Martial Arts America offers karate lessons, a Mixed Martial Arts program, a Warrior Princess program, NinjaTrix that combines martial arts, gymnastics and parkour along with life skills, an After School program, Krav Maga, summer camps, birthday parties, and gymnastics. Programs go far beyond punching, blocking, and kicking and include effective self-defense skills as part of personal development. Karate at Martial Arts America is described as being about respect, self-control, confidence, humility, and self-development. A student is allowed to develop at his or her own pace and set their own goals. Karate at this program is described as developing mental and physical discipline that leads to a healthy adult life and providing a stimulating environment that is fun and interactive. The Warrior Princess program emphasizes foundational martial arts skills, self-defense, leadership, focus, and a positive princess attitude for ages 3–5 at the Milton and Navarre locations. Martial Arts America was founded and is managed by martial arts champion and master instructor Steve Butts. Instructors have studied for years to be a part of the Martial Arts America team.
