Fit Kidz 4 Fun includes various sports and fun fitness activities. The program has children meet with an assigned Youth Coach, and school administration announces over the intercom at dismissal where Fit Kidz will meet the Youth Coach. The school notifies the child's teacher that the child is in Fit Kidz 4 Fun, and kindergarten or 1st grade teachers will most likely walk the child to the Youth Coach.

Before starting, children are asked to bring athletic clothes, a fun attitude, a snack of the week, water, and sunscreen and/or a hat. Families can use a new registration portal that lets parents register and have their own portal. A sibling discount is available when enrolling more than one child. For after school programs, there is an option to save 18% by paying in full, or a month-to-month option with the ability to cancel anytime with a 10-day notice prior to the 1st of every month.
