Orlando Gymnastics

Orlando Gymnastics offers Recreational Gymnastics, Toddler & Preschool, OG Kids Club, Home School Gymnastics, Tumbling, Gym Time, and adult Flip & Fit Adult Gymnastics. It also lists Girls Beginner 1 Gymnastics, Girls Beginner 2 Gymnastics, Girls Beginner 3 Gymnastics, Girls Bronze, and Girls Silver, with Tumbling open to ages 5-18 and Girls Beginner 1 for ages 5-8, Girls Beginner 2 for ages 8-12, and Girls Beginner 3 for ages 12-up.

• Girls Beginner 1 Gymnastics — Ages 5-8 · Mon-Sat
• Girls Beginner 2 Gymnastics — Ages 8-12 · Mon-Sat
• Girls Beginner 3 Gymnastics — Ages 12-up · Mon-Sat
• Girls Bronze — Mon-Sat; required to take class 2x per week · Skill requirement. Once your athlete has achieved a specific set of more difficult skills, their teacher will recommend they move into this class.
• Girls Silver — Mon-Sat; required to take class 2x per week · Skill requirements. Once your athlete has achieved a specific set of more difficult skills, their teacher will recommend they move into this class.

About the provider

Orlando Gymnastics says it fosters physical and emotional well-being through positive coaching and fun, active classes for kids of all ages and ability levels. The facility hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am-8:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. The equipment list includes 18,000 square feet, a foam pit, 2 Tumble Traks, 2 spring floors, complete sets of Men's and Women's competitive team equipment, and a private dance studio with floor to ceiling mirrors.

Free trial is offered. Advanced registration and payment required for adult programs. Classes are first-come, first-serve and have limited openings for adult programs. Required to take class 2x per week for Girls Bronze, Girls Silver, and Girls Gold.
