YMCA of West Central Florida Youth Programs offers a wide range of activities, including Youth Basketball, Youth Indoor Soccer, The First Tee Program, Private Golf Lessons, After School Care, VPK at the Y, Holiday Camp, and Summer Camp. The program also includes Leaders Club, Youth in Government, Personal Training, Group Exercise, Prenatal Yoga, Swim Lessons, Water Aerobics, the Barracuda Swim Team, a Synchro Team, Water Safety, a Zumba fitness class, and Synchro. A Zumba fitness class is scheduled to start in September and meets every Tuesday night at 6:15pm.
