Elite Legacy Martial Arts

Elite Legacy Martial Arts offers Youth, Juniors, and Cadets Martial Arts Programs that combine Goju Ryu Karate, kickboxing, and self-defense. It also offers kickboxing with punches, kicks, knee strikes, pad work, partner drills, and sparring, plus no-gi Jiu Jitsu, adult karate, tumbling, camps, and afterschool sessions. The program serves ages 4 through 18, and camps are listed for kids ages 6+.

About the provider

Elite Legacy Martial Arts is a veteran-owned training facility with a mission to empower individuals and families through martial arts. Kyoshi Robyn is the head instructor; Renshi Adam teaches sport karate and kickboxing techniques; Renshi Pam specializes in curriculum; Sensei Melissa specializes in bo staff; Coach Shane Goglas is an MMA coach; and Coach Adam specializes in no-gi Jiu Jitsu. The instructors have earned national and international recognition through NASKA, WKC, WAKO, and ISKA, and Kyoshi Robyn holds a 1st-degree black belt in Krav Maga and a 7th-degree in Okinawan Goju Ryu.

• Youth, Juniors, and Cadets Martial Arts Programs — Youth (ages 4-6), Juniors (ages 7-10), Cadets (ages 11-13) · Combines Goju Ryu Karate, Kickboxing, and Self-Defense.
• Kickboxing — High-energy class for all fitness levels; includes punches, kicks, knee strikes, pad work, partner drills, and sparring.
• No-Gi Jiu Jitsu — Focuses on fundamentals and advanced techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the gi.
• Adult Karate — Focuses on stand-up striking, throws, and traditional kata.
• Tumbling — High-energy tumbling program for all levels.
• Camps — Kids ages 6+ · Summer, Winter Break, Spring, Fall, Winter, and Single-Day Camps with martial arts training, games, dodgeball, Nerf wars, and field trips.
• Afterschool — After-school sessions.

Classes for all ages and skill levels; children ages 4+ and adults. One free introductory lesson is offered; the first week is free and includes an intro lesson and trial classes. Camps and after-school programs are offered. Winter Camp for ages 5–12 includes training, games, and field trips.
