Teknica Martial Arts

Teknica Martial Arts offers the Juniors Program, Kids Program, Teens Program, Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Adult Wrestling, and Summer Camp. The Juniors Program is for ages 3-5, the Kids Program is for ages 6-11, the Teens Program is for ages 13-17, the Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is for ages 15 and up, the Adult Wrestling program is for ages 15 and up, and Summer Camp is for ages 5-12.
