For over 30 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County has been a cornerstone of youth development. Across the organization, there are 29 clubhouses, school-based clubs, and a mobile club throughout St. Lucie County, serving 16,000 youth in clubs and outreach programs. Club members complete 25,000 community service hours, and 1,000,000 meals, snacks, and food pantry items are provided annually to members and their families. The organization’s stated mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The organization notes a recognition titled “Local Leader, Statewide Honor: Enrique Named Florida Youth of the Year.”
