Kids Camp Connection

Kid’s Camp Connection supports children’s participation in recreational experiences and fitness experiences through the Charlotte County Community Services Summer Day Camp. The program offers these activities for children between the ages of 5 and 13 years of age. Based upon a contribution to the scholarship program, a child could go to camp from one to eight weeks.

• Schedule: Sessions can range from one to eight weeks, depending on scholarship contribution
• Price: The Community Services Summer Day Camp is a fee based program, that is self supported.

Kid’s Camp Connection is a Scholarship Program for the Charlotte County Community Services Summer Day Camp. The program aims to provide financial assistance so children whose parents cannot afford the fee can attend camp. Last year the department served over 2,866 children at different locations throughout Charlotte County. The department’s goal is to raise enough money to provide financial assistance for as many Charlotte County children as possible, so they may experience all the wonderful benefits summer camp has to offer. Kid’s Camp Connection is reaching out to the citizens of Charlotte County, and contributions are needed to provide children the opportunity to go to camp this summer.
