Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties Programs offers enriching out-of-school time and summer programs for thousands of youth. The Club provides award-winning programs designed to help every member reach their full potential. The Clubs are described as places of growth and refuge and support centers for individuals and entire communities.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties has been a leader in youth development since 1970 and has 50 years of success as one of the area’s top youth-serving organizations. The organization provides enriching out-of-school time and summer programs to thousands of youth in Sarasota, Venice, North Port and Arcadia. Its mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The vision is to provide a world-class Club experience that keeps success within reach of every young person who participates, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle. Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties has played an integral role in the Sarasota County community by providing daily programs and services to thousands of young people and has received a BGCA Safety Award.
