Extreme Youth Sports Tampa Bay offers a mix of arts and crafts, martial arts, indoor sports, outdoor sports such as football, basketball, volleyball and soccer, games, LEGO builds, STEM projects, and academic tutoring. The program also includes cheerleading, Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, English/Language Arts tutoring, Mathematics tutoring, birthday parties, day camp, summer camp, and general martial arts classes. Students in the after-school program rotate every 30 minutes to a new activity, with something new offered every 30 minutes.

Extreme Youth Sports Tampa Bay states that it is not a daycare and is a licensed school-age childcare center with license number C13HI0762. The program is a licensed school-age childcare center for public school students in Kindergarten through 5th grade who attend CES Academy, Citrus Park, Claywell, Essrig, Hammond, Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School, Sunlake, and Northwest Elementary Schools, and its summer program serves campers from multiple areas of Tampa Bay, including Trinity, Odessa, Carrollwood, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and other sections of Hillsborough and Pasco County. Seamless school pick-ups are provided for the after-school program, and additional paid activities include academic tutoring, cheerleading, and Jiu-Jitsu.
All coaches are level 2 background screened in the same way as a Hillsborough County school teacher, and all classes follow a state ratio of 1 coach to every 25 students. The stated mission of Extreme Youth Sports Tampa Bay is to provide a safe after-school environment that fosters educational and enrichment opportunities for students and to provide a dynamic and inclusive after-school program that fosters the physical, emotional, and social development of school-aged children.
