About
Extreme Youth Sports Tampa Bay offers arts and crafts, games, LEGO builds, STEM projects, academic tutoring, cheerleading, Jiu-Jitsu, and other martial arts. The program also includes indoor sports, outdoor sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, and soccer, as well as team games, team challenges, skill-building activities, creative play, and field trips. Activities change every 30 minutes.
• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: After-school program Monday–Friday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm during the school year, with day camp from 7:30am to 6:00pm on non-student/teacher planning days for students enrolled in the after-school program
The program is a sports and enrichment program for public school students in Kindergarten through 5th grade who attend CES Academy, Citrus Park, Claywell, Essrig, Hammond, Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School, Sunlake, and Northwest Elementary Schools, with hassle-free, safe, easy school pickups. It also offers a summer camp for students entering Kindergarten through 5th grade, and the summer program brings in campers from across Tampa Bay, including Trinity, Odessa, Carrollwood, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and other sections of Hillsborough and Pasco County, with field trips every week. All classes follow the state ratio of 1 coach to every 25 students, and qualified, friendly, trained coaches lead activities with a focus on safety, support, and sportsmanship.
Extreme Youth Sports Tampa Bay states a mission of creating a fun, safe space where kids build skills, teamwork, and confidence through sports, and of building confident, active youth through sports and teamwork. The program is a licensed school-age childcare center with License #C13HI0762 and describes itself as a trusted partner in the community. Spots are limited, and registration is currently open.
