Freedom Martial Arts teaches six key life skills: Discipline, Respect, Self-Esteem, Honesty, Belief, and Communication. The program also teaches four levels of character development: Structure, Emotion, Knowledge, and Legacy. The journey to Black Belt progresses at an individual pace without judgment, and once students reach Black Belt, there is a concept of “pass the torch” to the next generation of black belt leaders. Parents are encouraged to watch their children in kids martial arts lessons, and there is also an option for parents to drop children off and leave during class. No fitness level is required to start martial arts classes. Valrico members have seen improvements in as little as 7 days, and there is an Exclusive Online Only Offer.
