Limitless ATA offers martial arts training that includes Preschool Martial Arts, Kids Martial Arts, Teen Martial Arts, and Adult Martial Arts. The program also offers self defense and fitness, as well as Birthday Parties, a Summer Camp, an After School Program, and a Home School Program. Families can also use a Birthday Party RSVP option for party planning.

Venice members have seen improvements in as little as 7 days. The program states that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience levels, and it uses a realistic and practical approach to martial arts. It offers a positive, structured program designed specifically for homeschool families, with a future goal to provide early-day classes for the homeschool program. Parents are encouraged to watch their children in kids martial arts lessons, and there is also an option for parents to drop children off and have personal time during classes.
