YSF Community Sailing Vero Beach – Youth Sailing Programs

YSF Community Sailing Vero Beach – Youth Sailing Programs offers sailing programs and lessons that include weekly racing, adventure sailing, educational clinics, race practice, and participation in a Regatta. The program uses a diverse fleet of boats, including Sunfish, Laser, Hobie Cat, and Flying Scot day-sailors.

• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Florida East Coast Series #2 Regatta from February 28 to March 1, 2026, with race practice on Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Regatta racing on Sunday starting at 10:00 am

Youth Sailing Foundation (YSF) of Indian River County, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that operates under the banner “YSF Community Sailing” and was founded in 2009. YSF eliminates cultural and financial barriers to sailing and uses sailing as a medium to help children achieve their full potential. YSF is hosting the Florida East Coast Series #2 Regatta, with check-in at 8:00 am, a competitors meeting at 9:00 am, and the first race at 10:00 am on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Membership includes access to Sunfish, Laser, Hobie Cat, and Flying Scot day-sailors through an online reservation system, as well as weekly racing, adventure sailing, and educational clinics. YSF is a registered charity (CH-43531) and offers multiple ways to support its work, including donations to the Annual Appeal, Capital Fund, Operating Endowment Fund, Planned Giving, boat donations for resale, and an active volunteer program.
