Aurora Day Camp – Atlanta

Aurora Day Camp – Atlanta is one of the Sunrise Association Day Camps for children with cancer and their siblings. It is part of the broader Sunrise Association network, which also offers year-round programs and in-hospital recreational activities for the same children. Sunrise Association has also launched SunriseVX (Virtual Experience) and Sunrise Virtual Adventures, a virtual reality program that transports children with cancer to landscapes and animal encounters during hospital treatments.

Sunrise Association Day Camps have been providing joy to children with cancer and their siblings since 2006, and Aurora Day Camp in Atlanta, GA opened in 2018. Sunrise Association brings the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide through its day camps and year-round programs. Sunrise Association also operates in-hospital recreational activities for children with cancer and their siblings, including affiliated hospital programs at multiple children’s hospitals such as Atlanta CHOA-Arthur M. Blank Hospital. The leadership of the Sunrise Association includes Arnie Preminger, Founder, President & CEO of the Sunrise Association.
