Artist Spotlight Youth Media & Tech Programs

Artist Spotlight Youth Media & Tech Programs focuses on media and technology activities such as AI, the metaverse, gaming, audio, film, animation, VR, and tech. The program includes a Youth Media & Tech Expo and offers new workshops in these areas. Participants learn from top industry professionals in fields like film, television, audio production, scoring, AI, and animation.

• Ages: 10–17 years old

The mission of Artist Spotlight Youth Media & Tech Programs is “bridging the learning & digital divide gap! in-school & after-school programs for your organization’s youth-ages 10-17 providing exposure and BUILDING community through media & technology Empowering the next generation to discover 21st century careers in AI, Animation, VR, Gaming & Tech.” The leadership team includes Morris Lucas, Director of Outreach and Programming; GLENNeta GRIFFIN, Film & Television Instructor; QUENELL JONES, Cinematography Workshop Host; Dustin Ragland, Audio Production Engineer; Matthew Head, Film & TV Scoring Instructor; and Nak Yung Choi, AI & Animation Manager. The program is offered as a Virtual K8–12 Event and includes in-school and after-school programs.
