World Champion Taekwondo has been creating family fun and helping to build confidence and leadership for over 20 years. The leadership team includes Master Choi and Master Kim. Master Choi has years of experience, and Master Kim provides guidance and personalized attention, with masters having over 10 years of teaching. The program offers Taekwondo programs for all age groups, including a Kids Martial Arts program for ages 3–6, a Children’s Martial Arts program for ages 7–12, a Teens and Adults Martial Arts program, and a Family Martial Arts program that allows parents and children to learn side-by-side. Instruction includes personalized guidance based on skill level and goals, with a focus on mental growth including perseverance, focus, and mental discipline. The program highlights benefits such as self-esteem, self-discipline, socialization skills, physical fitness, learning the ability to fail, respect, goal setting, focus, teamwork, encouraging self-defense, and fun. World Champion Taekwondo offers 2 free trial classes, and there is a special offer for the first 50 students at the Collection at Forsyth Grand Opening, which is noted as having limited spots. The program uses the phrase “Train with confidence. Grow with character. Become a Champion.” and notes a Grand Opening at the Collection at Forsyth location in July 2026.
Parent reviews describe the instructors and coaches as patient with every student and note that the coaching staff knew a young student’s name after only the second trial class. One family reports that their two oldest children earned black belts and that instructors work well with kids, including kids with special needs, and that instructors focus on teaching Taekwondo forms along with attitude and effort. Another parent notes that a child has been attending since April 2016 and is advancing toward a black belt goal, and describes the staff as providing expert support and instruction and making classes fun, challenging, and rewarding, with a feeling of family at the school.
