The Sunshine House of Evans offers daycare and preschool programs that include an award-winning curriculum, school readiness activities, literacy and Spanish programs, and sign language. Children receive healthy meals and snacks, including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack, which are planned by a licensed nutritionist with vegetarian options and accommodations for food allergies and dietary restrictions. Families receive photo and video updates, reports, menus, calendars, and messages through the MySunshineHouse mobile app, and classroom security cameras provide a live feed viewable from the lobby or director’s office.

The Sunshine House has been helping children build a strong educational and social foundation for 50 years and was founded 50 years ago in Greenwood, SC, by two public school teachers. Since 1975, The Sunshine House has grown to over 100 schools and describes its mission as providing high-quality care and education for every child and family every day.
