TopDog Volleyball Club offers training with purpose that includes skill development, clinic offerings, school tryout prep, club tryouts, competitive club programs, beginner training programs, and tournament attendance. Practices and training also include agility, strength, conditioning, and injury prevention as part of regular sessions.
• Ages: 10–18 years old
• Schedule: Regional Teams for 13U–14U and 15U and Up practice 2 days per week for 2 hours per session from November through a season that runs January through April; National Teams for 13U–14U and 15U and Up practice 3 days per week for 2 hours per session, with practices beginning in early November and seasons running January through April for 13U–14U and through June 2026 for older National teams, with tournaments beginning in January
At TopDog Volleyball Club, the stated mission is to train with purpose, build confident athletes, and create teams that compete with discipline and heart, with a program built on strong coaching, intentional skill development, and a supportive team environment where players are challenged to grow both on and off the court. The club serves youth athletes and families as a competitive junior volleyball club and offers both competitive club and beginner training programs for athletes ages 10 to 18. Clinics are offered with meaningful instruction and competitive gameplay, and players are evaluated at tryouts and placed on teams with other players of similar skill level.
Regional Teams for 13U–14U attend 5 to 6 tournaments, including 4 one-day tournaments, potentially one out-of-town tournament, and Regional Championships. National Teams for 13U–14U attend 6 tournaments, including 4 two-day tournaments, one out-of-town tournament, and Regional Championships. Regional Teams for 15U and Up attend 6 tournaments, including 4 one-day tournaments, potentially one out-of-town tournament, and SRVA Regional Championships. National Teams for 15U and Up attend 6 to 9 tournaments within the area or region and travel out of state for a minimum of 2 tournaments, including the AAU Nationals tournament in June 2026, which is a 4-day tournament. Tournament attendance is mandatory, and missing a tournament for any reason other than injury or illness results in a penalty to the player’s family as outlined in the financial agreement.
Travel, accommodations, food, and team-building activities are not included in club dues and are the responsibility of each player’s family. Team building is arranged by volunteer Team Managers. Upon commitment, all players and parents must agree to adhere to the TopDog Code of Conduct and the SRVA Spectator Code of Conduct. Uniform fitting dates are announced after teams are formed, and the Regional and National Team Uniform Package includes 2 team jerseys, 2 practice jerseys, 2 spandex or shorts, and 1 backpack as part of club fees. Volleyball shoes, socks, and kneepads are required to play and must be purchased separately, and all players are required to wear practice and tournament uniform attire. The club’s website is powered by SportsEngine’s Sports Relationship Management software and is owned by and subject to the TopDog Volleyball Club privacy policy.
