O2B Kids Summer Camp includes field trips to local attractions such as museums, libraries, parks, bowling, skating, hiking spots, and historical landmarks, along with park visits, water days, and water play. Campers take part in activities that include ice cream trucks, magicians, movies, outside adventures, outdoor sports, counselor-led adventures, game shows, tournaments, and specialty classes. The program also features themed experiences such as Pirates & Mermaids, Ooey Gooey Science, Ready, Set, Game, Color Wars, Everyday is a Holiday, Shark Week, Retro Remix, Summer Olympics, Magic & Fantasy, Art in Action, and Fast Forward Time Machine, as well as Play Village fun in spaces like Big Toy, Book Nook, Building Things, Mind Gym, Hollywood Hangout, Play Cafe, Play Market, Word Find, It Takes Two, Toddler Play, Science Lab, Art Studio, Tech Lab, Theater, Dance Studio, and Gymnastics Academy.

• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Schedule: Week-to-week summer program with extended morning and evening hours; sample day includes early drop-off at 7:00am, morning meet-up, snacks, internal field trips, lunch, weekly theme activities, camper’s choice times, and Neighborhood Time.

Summer Camp is a week-to-week program, and families can enroll for a week or two or for the full summer, with flexible enrollment that allows families to pick their weeks and a Pick-Your-Days Care option for choosing specific days. Lunch and snacks are provided, and families also have the option to send a lunch from home, with healthy snacks included. Friend-friendly groups are organized by age and interest and are led by the same counselor each day, and daily activities include Specialty Classes, Neighborhood Time, Character Education Activities, and Counselor-led adventures, along with games that involve teamwork, strategy, contests, competition, cooperation, unity, color theory, stories, marine biology, oceans, animal life, history, music, physical fitness, goals, growth, adventure, imagination, storytelling, STEAM, invention, exploration, and discovery.

All staff complete federal and state background checks, are trained in First Aid and CPR, and meet annual training requirements. Bus drivers are trained and certified, hold an active CDL license with appropriate endorsements, complete DOT physicals, pass a pre-employment drug test, are subject to random drug tests, and are 25 years old or older, and the program follows safe transportation policies including multiple roll checks and vehicle inspections. The facility is video-monitored with front door security, and families have access to an online Parent Portal, flexible payment options, and the O2B University Counselor Development Program.

O2B Kids Summer Camp is for children entering 1st grade and up, generally entering 1st through 8th grade at most locations, and includes phenomenal field trips in tuition along with lunch and snacks. The program uses wonderful, wacky, weekly themes and offers daily Specialty Classes and Character Education Activities. Programs and facilities vary by location.

O2B Kids was established in 1998, when the first 34,000 square-foot O2B Kids SuperCenter opened in Gainesville, Florida, and O2B Kids celebrated 25 years of business in August 2023. The organization’s stated mission is: “We exist to help parents grow happy, successful kids.”

O2B Kids community involvement includes the O2B a Kid Again fundraiser, which has raised over $500,000 for public schools, and the Founders’ Club Scholarships program, which has awarded more than $160,000 in Preschool, Afterschool, and Membership Scholarships. Parent Night Out Fundraisers are hosted for local charities, schools, and civic organizations, with a portion of each child’s admission donated to the participating organization. O2B Kids participates in community events and school carnivals with face-painters and balloon artists, and employees take part in the United Way campaign, volunteer in local schools, and serve as board members on local non-profit organizations. Students in O2B Kids programs raise money and contribute to charities such as local Humane Societies, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital, UNICEF, and the Red Cross, and organize canned food drives, book drives, and teddy bear collections.
