YMCA Summer Camp

YMCA Summer Camp is part of the YMCA Summer Camp and youth programs that include group classes, group cycling, aqua therapy, YMCA After School Care, and other health and wellness programs. The camp is offered through the YMCA of Georgia’s Piedmont, which has multiple branches and is now accepting summer camp registrations for all three branches.

The YMCA of Georgia’s Piedmont has been serving the community since 1996. Its stated mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. As a not-for-profit organization, it states that it strives to reach people of every age, race, faith and socio-economic status. The organization notes that its volunteers, staff, and members are committed to creating an environment at the YMCA where “God and a good time are friends.” It is also a partner of USA Swimming’s Make A Splash program as a swim lesson provider. The YMCA of Georgia’s Piedmont states that it serves the communities of Barrow, Walton, Hart, Franklin, Jackson, and Elbert through community partnerships.
