Herget Middle School Extracurricular Clubs and Sports includes 20 extracurricular clubs and activities in the 2024–25 school year. The program also includes sports, with 659 sports registrations in the 2024–25 school year.

Herget Middle School Extracurricular Clubs and Sports is part of a school that was constructed in 2005. The program is connected to a school led by Principal Ms. Cindy Larry. The school’s mission statement is: “We are dedicated to providing a positive, student-centered learning atmosphere that aims to empower our students with skills for life!” In the 2024–25 school year, 59 students earned High Honor Roll all four quarters and 170 students achieved Honor Roll every quarter. In the same year, 50 student ambassadors volunteered at feeder elementary schools and supported events. Herget Middle School reports that it fosters an environment of equity and opportunity. In addition, 182 students participated in community service projects led by the Restorative Coach, spreading positivity schoolwide and in the community.
