Batavia Park District Youth Camps and Programs

Batavia Park District Youth Camps and Programs include activities such as games, craft activities, theme days, local field trips, in-house entertainment, swimming, hikes, hands-on exploration, acting, singing, dancing, and musical theatre-themed summer camps. The programs also offer equestrian, aquatics, tennis, soccer, basketball, sand volleyball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, Chess Scholars Camp, STEAM Camp, Game Design Camp, Robotics & SumoBots Camp, Minecraft Engineering Camp, Theater Camp, ice skating on Depot Pond, wagon rides, and events with hot dogs, popcorn, s'mores, wine tastings, and small bites. Field trips are included in the fee for Camp SUN-sational.

• Ages: 2–14 years old
• Schedule: Camp SUN-sational operates weekly from Tuesday, May 27, through Friday, August 1, from 7:30 am–4:00 pm with optional extended hours from 4:00–6:00 pm; Lil' Acorns sessions run June 9–August 15 in morning and afternoon blocks, with an additional Dr. Seuss on the Loose week August 11–15; Golf Camp runs August 11–14; Skateboarding – Learn to Skate runs on a Sunday with a rainout date of September 28; Skateboarding Camp runs in two sessions December 22–23 and December 29–30.
• Price: Lil' Acorns – Dr. Seuss on the Loose 2025 fees are $106; Lil' Acorns – All 4 week AM Sessions 2025 fees are $362; Lil' Acorns – All 4 weeks PM Sessions 2025 fees are $362; Golf Camp 2025 fees are $103 for each listed session; Skateboarding – Learn to Skate 2025 fees are $50; Skateboarding Camp 2025 fees are $100 for each listed session.

All participants in Camp SUN-sational are required to wear closed-toed shoes and bring a sack lunch and water bottle each day. Lil' Acorns campers are required to bring a refillable water bottle, and there is no snack break during Lil' Acorns camps. For ice skating on Depot Pond, participants are instructed to check the Riverwalk flags, website, or call 630-879-5235 for skating status. Skateboards and safety gear are available upon request for Skateboarding Camps, and Skateboarding – Learn to Skate lists a rainout date of September 28 at the same time and location. New Adventures PlayLab offers STEAM enrichment for 3–5 year old children for 2, 4, and 5 day morning and afternoon sessions, and Hall Quarry Beach Season Passes are sold with the lowest prices of the season from January 5 through April 30. First Pour Fridays at the Callahan Community Center features different wine themes each session.
