Energy Volleyball Club offers a range of volleyball activities, including the 2026 Spring League, Wednesday Night Open Gyms, and multiple summer short seasons in June, July, and August. Players can join specific skill and position camps such as Hitters Camp: Blocking & Attacking, Dig Deep Skills Camp, High School Boys Summer Camp, and Girls School Tryout Prep, along with college level clinics and camps and a Beach Program starting in August. The club also holds 2026-2027 Girls Tryouts and 2026-2027 Boys Tryouts, with tryouts open to both individuals and teams, and provides extended open gym times.

Energy Volleyball Club is based at a dedicated volleyball training facility that is home to both Energy VBC and Forza VBC. The club has in-house designated college recruiting, state-of-the-art in-house conditioning for volleyball athletes, and Mizuno as its uniform sponsor. The program is led by Linda Snyder, Director of Club, Facility & Rentals, and Mary Soapes, Director of Teams, Programs & Player Development. Energy Volleyball Club opened its doors in 2005, opened its facility in 2007, and established its Forza Program in 2021. The club states that it builds skill and confidence, gives every athlete an opportunity to excel in their volleyball abilities, and is committed to developing the whole player as an athlete, teammate, and person, while expecting athletes to be committed, responsible, and passionate for the game. The facility does not allow outside food or drink, and families are asked to plan accordingly.
