Palmer's Gymnastics offers pre-school gymnastics classes, school-age boys and girls recreational gymnastics classes, and competitive gymnastics teams. The program also offers cheer tumbling classes, kids' birthday parties, open gyms, back handspring clinics, and many other children's activities, including a Parent-Tot program. Pre-School and School-Age programs introduce all the Olympic disciplines while focusing on coordination, strength, and flexibility.

• Schedule: Office hours run Monday–Thursday during daytime and evening hours, Friday afternoon and evening, and Saturday mornings, with Session 4 classes running for seven weeks from January 5 through February 22.

Palmer's Gymnastics offers DuPage County's longest-established gymnastics and tumbling instruction and operates as a family owned and operated business. More than 40 years of experience have been used to establish progressive programs. The leadership includes Neil Palmer, President. The staff is described as professional and safety-certified and provides a family-oriented and fun environment that challenges the athlete's mind and physical fitness.
