Palmer's Gymnastics offers pre-school gymnastics classes, boys and girls recreational gymnastics classes, competitive gymnastics teams, cheer tumbling classes, open gyms, back handspring clinics, and many other children's activities. The program also hosts kids' birthday parties, including birthday parties at Palmer's that provide two hours of activities.
• Ages: 1–18 years old
• Schedule: Office hours run Monday–Thursday during daytime and evening hours, Friday afternoon and evening, and Saturday mornings, with sessions offered in a 7-week Spring/Summer block from April 20–June 7 and additional Summer Session 1 (June 15–July 12) and Summer Session 2 (July 15–August 8).
• Price: $15.00 for Open Gym on Saturday, June 6th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The program includes a Parent-Tot program and Pre-School and School-Age programs that introduce children to all the Olympic disciplines while instilling coordination, strength, and flexibility, according to its mission statement.
