AAD Company offers training in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, and acrobatics. The program includes competitions and conventions as part of the dance experience.

AAD Company is an audition-based program for dancers who are more passionate and committed. Its mission statement says that it majors in technical and artistic excellence with an emphasis on team achievement through individual growth. The program includes technical training, character development, friendship, and fun.
AAD Company has two age-based divisions, Lower and Upper, with each division led by a dedicated director with expertise for that age group. The Lower Division is for dancers in grades 1–4, and the Upper Division is for dancers in grades 4–12. Both divisions offer three multi-genre programs based on technical readiness and commitment level, called Competition Team I, II, and III. Within each program, dancers are grouped into smaller, age-based teams called Tinies, Sparks, Petites, Minis, Juniors, Pre-teens, Teens, and Seniors. Each division also offers a pure hip hop track with teams for dancers who are more interested in that genre.
Dancers in AAD Company train between 3.5 and more than 15 hours per week, depending on their team and age. They learn between 2 and 10 competitive routines, which can include large and small group dances, solos, duos, or trios. These routines are competed up to six times per year, including one Nationals event for the most competitive teams. Dancers also attend conventions taught by what the program describes as the most sought-after instructors. The program offers a free trial class.
