About the provider

Chicago Kids Company was founded in 1992 and says it is now in its 33rd season. Paige Coffman and Jesus Perez are the two co-founders and still run the company, and they write, direct, compose, design, and create the productions. The company received the Award of Excellence in Theatre for Young Audiences from the Illinois Theatre Association in 2015.

Shows are geared for children ages 2 to 10 and their families. CKC also offers summer camp and theatre classes during the school year. The refund policy states refunds are available in full up to two weeks before the first date of the session; after that date, there is no refund.
