Therese Boyle-Niego brings an extensive, high-profile volleyball career as both a coach and player, including being an All-American and National Champion at the University of Pacific and a high school All-American and State Champion at Mother McAuley High School, where her jersey has been retired. She played and coached in the first-ever women's indoor volleyball league, served as head coach at Loyola University Chicago where she led the team to its first-ever NCAA Tournament spot, and also coached at the University of Wisconsin. Anne Eastman-Kuziela was a First Team All Big Ten, All Academic Big Ten, and Big Ten Medal of Honor recipient at Indiana University, served as Captain of the U.S. Olympic Festival Team, was a member of the U.S. National Team at the World Games in Japan, played professional volleyball in Switzerland, and was an original member of the USPV Dream Team. She has been a coach at Saint Xavier University for over 23 years and was the men's coach there for nine years, and she was also a Mother McAuley High School MVP and Most Improved Player. For over 30 years, Boyle-Niego and Eastman-Kuziela have been teaching volleyball together and state that they are surrounded by coaches who are professional and passionate about teaching children the game while building character. They state that high level training is a major time and financial commitment and that at Elite Volleyball Program, time and money are well spent, and they are committed to helping children reach their goals in volleyball and in life.
